Can I request for more user profiles to be created?

Certainly! Please reach out to us at admin@ruleworldwide.com to let us know your requirements.

How do I sign up for an account?

Please click “Register” at the top right corner of our Homepage.

If you are facing difficulties registering, please do reach out to us at hello@ruleworldwide.com and one of our friendly assistant will contact you to provide some help.

How do I terminate my account?

Please email us at hello@ruleworldwide.com and we will respond within 5-7 working days.

We will inform our payment gateways to terminate the subscription within 30 days.

How many user profiles can I create for each company?

Each company account allows 3 separate user login profiles to be created.

How much does it cost?

Our launch price for registering for a company account cost only USD10 per month now!

I have too many company details to upload. Can you guys help me?

Please contact us at hello@ruleworldwide.com and let us know the number of entities you would like us to help upload. We will charge a nominal fee to assist.

What is the payment frequency?

We are currently offering both monthly and annual (cheaper!) subscription

Will you be able to refund my annual subscription fees that I’ve paid in advance?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any fees paid in advance.
